Dan Morrow

Dan, a Palm Beach County native, brings expertise in Architectural Design and Construction Management to his role as a custom builder. With a passion for design and building from a young age, he started his career in carpentry and hands-on construction, ensuring quality craftsmanship. As a licensed contractor in Florida, Dan serves the Gold Coast and Treasure Coast and has completed projects as far south as Miami, including residential, commercial, and prestigious community builds. Since founding Danmark Development in 2006, Dan has built a reputation for high-quality design and construction, focusing on new homes, renovations, and additions. His success is reflected in his referral-based business and repeat clients.

Jeffrey Ulrich

Supervisor

Jeffrey started in the residential building field in 1980 as a laborer. He progressed into carpentry, and cabinet making, and was an all-around woodworker for over 15 years. He got his builder's license & did design work in the Hamptons on the east end of Long Island for 5 years. He relocated to Charleston, SC, and started working as a woodworker, interior trim subcontractor, and home builder on Kiawah Island. He followed up on eight years in the Hamptons building spec homes. Before accepting a job offer with Danmark Development, he worked in SC on Kiawah Island before moving to South Florida with his wife and four kids.

Jonathan Whitten

Supervisor

Jonathan grew up in a small town in Southern Maryland, spending most of his youth crabbing and fishing in the Patuxent River. He attended Frostburg State University. Jonathan worked in a claims department for a large insurance company and then proceeded to manage a large parking company in Washington, DC. Jonathan moved to Houston, TX and was an Operations Manager overseeing 200 plus properties. Jonathan later moved to Florida to be closer to his parents. He continued as as Operational Manager for an insurance restoration company and started his own business. Upon moving to Florida Jonathan married and has 4 children. Jonathan enjoys camping with his family and is an active member of his church attending Mass weekly with his family. Jonathan joined Danmark Development in 2022.

Daniel Morrow II

Supervisor

Daniel is a native of South Florida. His educational background was in personal training & sports therapy. His youth was all about competitive sports and gaming, which had a competitive nature. He ultimately enlisted in the Marine Corps. He is currently working as a reservist, still serving his country. During his time away from home in school, besides the training and weight lifting, he was fond of carpentry and construction work during school for extra cash. Daniel is a dog lover with 2 Golden Retrievers. He ultimately relocated back to South Florida from school to work for Danmark Development. He is a proud supervisor who watches over and manages jobs for Danmark’s clients.

Lora Moorhouse

Office Manager | Bookkeeping | HR

Lora is a native of south Florida. She has studied art and drama. Her previous work in the banking industry and management positions have provided her with strong skills to run and manage the company office administratively at Danmark Development. She is a vital person making sure the office runs as well as the field. She is an avid runner in marathons and forever a Disney lover.
